MD++ and GROMOS++
GROMOS C++ source codes MD++ and GROMOS++, are available free of charge from the biomos github pages. GROMOS force-field files to be used with the programs, the GROMOS manuals and user guide (Vol. 1-9) and the example files belonging to volume 7, are available from the downloads page on this website.
GROMOS96
In order to be able to run QM/MM simulations using CPMD you need to purchase the GROMOS96 licence. A license costs EUR 400, and once bought it does not expire. Please contact us directly at biomos@igc.phys.chem.ethz.ch for instructions on how to obtain this license.
